Every renovation has to start somewhere. The first part of the process is simply talking to us about your project. The more information you provide (e.g – floor plans, site photos, inspiration images) the easier it will be for our interior designers to get a better sense of your project. We are always happy to discuss your project in our showroom or via email and phone.
All doors leading to adjacent rooms must be kept closed to prevent the travel of dust. Please note that although we do take as much precaution as possible to keep renovation areas protected, it is impossible to prevent dust from a demolition site. Dust may escape into the atmosphere and fine dust may settle on other items in the house. Please cover any personal items in other rooms that you are particularly concerned about. All due care will be taken to protect all floor coverings throughout the renovation.
YES. Our renovations and extensions include the use of high quality materials with warranties, required insurances, licensing, and project management to ensure the renovation is performed to the highest standard.
A renovation or extension project involves the following different types of warranties and protections:

Statutory warranties – is for the quality of workmanship, products and so on. This has been written into law by your state or territory government.
Builders warranty insurance – is for financial protection for when a builder disappears, dies or becomes deregistered. This insurance is mandatory in most Australian states.
YES. Clients can choose to source their bathroom ware independently. Bare in mind that we have been in the industry for many years and as a result have become familiar with which suppliers provide high quality and durable products/materials, along with a lengthy warranty period.
If you decide to purchase your own products directly from suppliers please be aware of the quality and conditions.
Not always, however having an understanding of what you want and need, in terms of the design, will help our interior designers give you a good understanding of what to expect in terms of cost and time for the renovation.
If you need assistance with the design, we encourage you to visit our showroom so you can have a free consultation with one of our interior/outdoor designers. You can also witness our indoor and outdoor displays for ideas and inspiration.
We also offer a Design Consultation service which includes the following:

All projects large and small need to start with a design. This ensures your project is tailored to your exact requirements and budget. Depending on your project’s scope of works, we offer a number of Design and Consultation packages to start this process, each with different fees. Some projects can allow you to remain in the home if it is safe and logistically possible to do so.
You do not need to be on site during the renovation.
