Our Home Extensions Process
While home extensions are a great way of adding valuable space, they also have the ability to substantially increase the financial and aesthetic value of your property. Our designers and tradesmen understand the importance of smart design to ensure space and functionality is maximised at the best possible price for our clients. We have simplified our home extensions process into 3 stages, so you know exactly what to expect when you become a client of ours:
- During the design concept stage, we will complete a site inspection and measure, have a comprehensive client consultation, and provide specifications of the modified floor plan for the proposed extension. We can also provide you with an indicative for the project at the completion of this stage.
- Stage 2 involves producing a number of documents for council to consider before they grant planning consent.
- We will then seek council approval for building consent, before we get to work on constructing your new dream space!
