An apartment residence situated in Saltram Towers, Glenelg, underwent a transformation where the enclosed kitchen was relocated to create a spacious open-plan living and entertaining area, designed to maximise the scenic views.
The project involved significant wall removal and new construction, as well as the relocation of services, re-leveling of floors with exquisite herringbone timber installed, all accompanied by the creation of custom-made joinery to enhance the space.
The clients conveyed their desire for a unique aesthetic that diverged from the usual “beachside” style, opting instead for a combination of modern clean lines and a softened, organic ambiance.
