Design
The key to every successful home extension or renovation project is the design. Our company offers a number of ‘Design and Consultation’ services to help our clients commence the renovation/extension process. Depending upon the scope of works required, there are a number of design options available, all of which involve our interior and building design team.

Design & Consultation Services
The ‘Design & Consultation’ service is the starting point for any renovation or extension project. This service involves an on-site appointment by our Building Consultant/Designer to discuss your home renovation or extension, gather critical measurements and photos, and determine project estimates and budget.
Once complete, our Design team will assess the project and commence developing a detailed set of concept drawings which will be presented at an arranged Showroom appointment. This proposal will include a detailed scope of works, quotation, and recommended product and material selections.
The following items are included within the ‘Design and Consultation’ services:
- On-site inspection, measure and consultation,
- Concept drawings including floorplans, elevations and perspectives as required,
- Construction annotations and specifications as required,
- Identification of any structural requirements i.e. removal of internal walls,
- Proposal of ‘Creative Range’ product selections, materials and finishes,
- Fixed price quotation* for renovation project including detailed scope of building works and product inclusions.
*Home renovation projects are presented with a fixed price quotation. Home extension projects are presented with an estimated project cost. Further planning and working drawings, preliminaries, and any subsequent structural works may be required to determine a final costing for all projects.

Every selections appointment with our clients is facilitated by one of our qualified and experienced interior designers, ensuring expert advice by our design professionals for your project.
Construct
The success of any renovation or extension project is typically determined by the finished product. At Creative Home Renovations we go further, by also ensuring the process is an enjoyable experience for our clients.
We understand that during a renovation or extension, it is important to ensure our clients are communicated with throughout the duration of the project.
All of our renovation and extension projects are assigned a dedicated Project Manager, who will coordinate the project from beginning to end, to ensure the entire process is simple, seamless, and stress-free. Our dedicated Site Supervisors are also available to liaise with clients and manage on-site tradesmen to ensure the project remains on track and answer any questions our clients may have along the way.
